The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong sales approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads for new business opportunities. Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and clients.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.



Follow up on orders, payments, and collections.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and MIS. Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.

Candidate Requirements Minimum

Bachelor's Degree . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for field visits. Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in building materials / steel / pipes / industrial products will be an advantage.
