About the Role

CricClubs, is growing its sales team for cricket and sports team apparel across India and global markets. We are looking for motivated and target-driven candidates to join our Business Development team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Domestic Sales – India

- Identify cricket and sports tournaments and leagues that require team apparel.
- Visit clubs, academies, and cricket grounds to build relationships with captains and organizers.
- Generate leads independently and follow up with potential clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate with clients, and close orders.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Travel locally for client and ground visits when required.

International Sales – Global Market

- Research international cricket and sports leagues, clubs, and academies.
- Build lead lists using Google, LinkedIn, and sports directories.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to quotation, negotiation, and closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Work with international clients across different time zones.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply for the Junior BDE position.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Good at online research and lead generation.
- Willingness to travel locally for the Domestic BDE role.
- Comfortable working with flexible time-zone overlap for international clients.
- Passion or interest in cricket/sports will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who are confident, proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of the complete sales process. Prior sales experience is a plus but is not mandatory for Junior BDE candidates.
