Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to support the sales team in managing customer communication, quotations, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer requirements and follow-ups.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.





Maintain customer and sales-related data in Excel/CRM.

Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.

Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and other departments for timely execution of orders.

Track sales leads, enquiries, and their status.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.

Maintain proper records of customer communications and documents.

Assist the Sales Team in achieving business targets.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Sales Sales, Sales Support, or a similar role.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Experience in logistics, transportation, or cold-chain will be an advantage.
