We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Officer with 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties such as apartments, villas, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs.
- Present and explain project details, apartment/villa specifications, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into bookings.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth closure.




- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the property-buying journey.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales / property sales.
- Experience in selling apartments, villas, plots, or residential projects will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
