Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development. The candidate should be willing to undertake fieldwork, meet prospective clients, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.

- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.

- Identify potential customers for IT services, ERP solutions, software solutions, and staffing services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.

- Understand client requirements and present relevant company services.

- Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closures.

- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database in the CRM.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.

- Experience in IT services, ERP/software sales, or staffing services will be preferred.

- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Must be willing to travel locally and undertake field visits for client meetings and business development activities.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
