Position: Sales executive (Male & Female both can apply)

Experience- 6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Greeting: Welcome walk-in clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and tidy reception area.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing basic information on Beauty/Cosmetic/Jewellery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs, track daily inquiries, and update client management records.
- Administrative Support: Handle basic data entry, sort mail, and organize office.
- Internal Coordination: Direct visitors and route calls

Required Skills:





- Positive communication skills (English + Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Good client handling skills

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field (preferred)
