Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator

Job Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator who can manage front-desk responsibilities along with customer calling, lead follow-ups and basic sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle reception and front-desk activities professionally.
- Attend and manage incoming customer calls.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with sales leads and customer enquiries.
- Explain basic product information to customers and identify their requirements.
- Coordinate interested leads with the Sales Team.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending customer responses.
- Update CRM with call status, follow-up dates, remarks and customer details.
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and share catalogues/product information.
- Schedule customer callbacks and meetings for the Sales Team.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the office.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Admin and Management for day-to-day requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic/professional English.
- Comfortable with sales calling and customer follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of computer, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Confident, polite and professional while speaking with customers.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, receptionist, customer support or sales coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
