Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and technical Sales Engineer to drive market expansion for Fabmax Pipe Fabrication Machines Pvt. Ltd.'s industry-leading pipe bevelling and cold cutting machinery. In this role, you will promote our advanced product portfolioincluding portable pipe edge milling machines, ID/OD mounted clamping bevelers, split-frame pipe cutting systems, and automated boiler tube preparation equipmentto heavy engineering workshops, shipyards, boiler manufacturers, and cross-country piping fabricators.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target key accounts across heavy engineering, piping fabrication, boiler manufacturing, pressure vessel, and process plant industries requiring precision pipe weld-prep machinery.

- Live Product Demos & Applications: Spearhead hands-on live equipment demonstrations and trial runs (showcasing Fabmaxs digital angle adjustments, high-torque single-pass milling, OD/ID mounted clamping systems, and high-capacity pipe bevelling capabilities).

- Consultative Selling & Solution Mapping: Assess client engineering drawings, joint preparations, wall thicknesses, and material specs to recommend the right Fabmax pipe machinery.

- Commercial Closing & Negotiation: Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial technical proposals and techno-commercial negotiations to closing capital equipment orders.

- Dealer & Channel Partnership:



Build and support a network of regional machinery dealers, distributors, and industrial tool partners.

- Customer Enablement & Post-Sale Coordination: Coordinate with technical support teams for safe machine installation, operator training, and consumable/cutter-head replenishment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 3+ years of industrial capital equipment sales experience.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pipe fabrication workflows, weld preparation, cutting parameters, pipe clamping mechanisms, and reading engineering blueprints.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with solid local/regional market connectivity.
