Responsibilities

- Coordinating with Concern sales persons, forwarding mails, new enquires
- Vendor registration in various portal for the recent development items and tender portals
- Supporting new sales persons in identifying the customers and providing previous details if available.
- Identifying new tenders in portals
- Preparing Quotation, Tender documents & monthly presentations
- Follow up Pending Payment, Tender EMD and SD
- Getting drawing approval from customer and forwarding to production
- Getting dispatch details from factory and forwarding to customers
- Follow up on pending offers, expected orders
- Review of Purchase order and preparing documents required for dispatch
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
- Ensure to follow the company rules, regulation and policies

Qualifications

- 4+ years' experience in sales coordination or related role
- Diploma Mechanical/Any Graduate
