Experience: 1–3 Years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Sales team for daily customer and enquiry follow-ups.
- Handle sales enquiries and coordinate with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams for quotations.
- Prepare and share freight quotations, rate sheets, and commercial proposals with customers.
- Maintain and update customer, lead, enquiry, and quotation records in CRM.




- Follow up with customers on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and follow up on pending enquiries.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, rate comparisons, and customer-related documents.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and support relationship management.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and other vendors whenever required.
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and business conversion status.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales/Business Development team.

Required Skills:

- Freight forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, and basic logistics processes .
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with good attention to detail.
- Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners with experience in freight forwarding sales coordination will be preferred.
