Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end sales coordination and order tracking from PO receipt to final dispatch.

- Maintain Order Booking, Pending Order, Dispatch, Sales & Collection MIS.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Logistics and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Track customer POs, Proforma Invoices, order quantities, prices and committed delivery schedules.
- Follow up on production readiness and ensure timely dispatch against customer commitments.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales MIS, including Target vs Achievement reports.
- Maintain customer-wise and salesperson-wise sales, pending order and dispatch reports.
- Track customer outstanding, payment status and collection follow-ups in coordination with Finance.
- Share timely order and dispatch updates with the Sales team and customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in ERP/CRM/Excel.
- Highlight critical pending orders, dispatch delays, payment issues and other concerns to management.
- Support the Sales team with data, reports and analysis required for management reviews.
