- Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and requirements.
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, sales documents, and customer records.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch.
- Update sales data and maintain MIS/FMS sheets.
- Track customer enquiries, leads, orders, and pending activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales-related activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving smooth and timely execution of orders.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,375.39 per month
