POSITION DETAILS

Company: Sayarmal Infra Metals Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Sales Coordinator – TMT Bar Rings

Location: Jaipur – Nirman Nagar / VKI

Territory: Rajasthan & Haryana

Experience: TMT/Steel/Metal Sales, Dealer/Distributor Sales or B2B Sales preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Travel: Outstation travel across Rajasthan & Haryana as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate dealer leads through telephonic calls, references & field visits
- Make 45+ sales calls/day and generate 10+ qualified enquiries/day
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Onboard 8–10 recent dealers/month
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships




- Generate repeat business from existing dealers
- Conduct dealer credibility & payment verification visits
- Maintain daily MIS/CRM, Excel & dealer records
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate sales reporting
- Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics & Production for order execution

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong selling & convincing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Confident telephone communication
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- CRM/MIS reporting skills
- Comfortable with field visits and outstation travel
- Experience in TMT/Steel/Metal or Dealer Sales preferred
- Knowledge of Rajasthan & Haryana dealer markets will be an advantage
