Sales support

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts, and follow up on their status

- Process customer orders accurately and on time

- Coordinate with for delivery schedules

- Maintain and update the CRM with leads, customer data, and deal progress

Customer coordination

- Serve as a point of contact for customer queries by phone and email

- Resolve order, delivery, and invoicing issues, escalating when needed

- Follow up with customers on pending payments and feedback

- Support after-sales service and help build long-term customer relationships

Reporting and administration

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
