Location in and around Ambattur Enquiry Intake & Logging: Capture incoming customer and distributor queries from email, phone, or web chats, and log them accurately into the CRM or enquiry tracker.

Information Dissemination: Share product catalogs, price lists, specification sheets, and relevant images back with the prospective client or partner. Costing & Quotation Preparation: Calculate accurate product configurations, pricing, and freight terms to draft official Quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).

Routing & Assignment: Forward qualified leads or complex requirements to the appropriate field sales representatives or Regional Sales Managers Sales Support:



Assist the sales team in achieving their goals by coordinating sales activities and providing necessary resources.

Order Processing: Handle the processing of sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
