Role Description The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves coordinating with customers, internal departments, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth execution of sales operations.

The Sales

Coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, track ongoing orders, and assist with basic reporting on sales performance. The role also includes maintaining documentation, updating sales dashboards or CRM tools,



and supporting the sales team with scheduling, meeting preparation, and after-sales follow-up.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and support existing customers.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in industrial products, engineering items, or B2B sales environments.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Gurugram and using basic office software and CRM or ERP tools.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
