- Ensure your sales area is clean, tidy, fully stocked, correctly priced, and always aligned with IKEA merchandising standards.




- Use IKEA sales tools, systems, and different sales and communication channels effectively to support customers in their buying journey.
- Actively offer IKEA services to help customers make informed choices and enhance their overall shopping experience.
- Support and implement commercial activities and sales priorities within your department and across the store.
- Analyse and adjust sales space and product capacity to secure high stock availability.
- Share your knowledge and passion for IKEA products with customers and co-workers.
