Ltd. × i2i Ireland is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Sales, Client Relations & Social Media Executive to join our Kochi team.The role combines sales, client relationship management and digital content management. You will be responsible for handling new enquiries, following up with prospective clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and helping manage our social media presence.Key responsibilities* Contact and follow up with incoming leads by phone, WhatsApp and email. Explain our services clearly and convert qualified enquiries into clients. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their journey. Manage leads, follow-ups and client information using our CRM/internal systems. Follow up on pending documents, appointments, payments and client queries. Create and coordinate content for Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms. Write captions, short-form promotional content and client communications.



Schedule posts and manage day-to-day social media activity. Respond professionally to social media and WhatsApp enquiries. Work with management on campaigns, lead-generation activities and promotions. Maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.

- Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, follow-ups and client status.Ideal candidate: Strong spoken and written English, confident on phone calls, comfortable with sales and follow-ups, good interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp Business.

Experience in immigration, overseas education, recruitment, travel or another service-based sales setting would be an advantage.Location: Ravipuram, KochiEmployment: Full-time, office-based
