As Sales &

- Business Development Manager, you will be based in Kolkata and travel across India to drive sales for SEALS for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. You will focus on winning new OEM accounts, setting up distributor networks, and growing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Execute sales strategies across India to achieve annual revenue targets and expand market presence.
- OEM &
- Client Acquisition:

Prospect, pitch, and secure current accounts with OEMs, hydraulic cylinder manufacturers, machinery builders, and industrial distributors.
- Account Management: Manage key existing accounts, conduct on-site customer visits, and convert technical inquiries into high-value orders.
- Solution Selling:



Understand client technical specifications and coordinate with internal Engineering, R&D;, and Production teams to deliver customized sealing solutions.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: 5–10 years in technical B2B field sales within sealing products, hydraulic/pneumatic components, or industrial fluid power products.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical Engineering preferred). An MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- Industry Network: Proven relationships with key decision-makers across OEMs, industrial machinery manufacturers, and distributors.

Willingness for extensive Pan-India field travel with strong negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
