We are looking for a Sales / BD Executive to join our team at Vibcare Pharma in Panchkula. You will handle PCD franchise enquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and assist in growing our pharma distribution network across India. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent role for freshers and early-career candidates looking for a stable career in pharmaceutical sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming PCD franchise and distributor enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Follow up regularly with qualified leads to convert them into active franchise partners.

- Explain company product catalogs, rate lists, and monthly schemes to prospective clients.

- Share product visual aids, LBLs, and promotional material details with interested distributors.

- Promote focus products and help clients select suitable product ranges for their territory.

- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status in CRM / Excel.

- Coordinate with senior sales team members to close distributor onboarding deals.

- Build strong, long-term business relationships with new and existing franchise partners.





Requirements

- Experience: Freshers welcome. 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.

- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Pharma, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, or BA).

- Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

- Comfortable with telecalling and regular client interactions over the phone.

- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and Email.

- Ability to understand and explain product lists and commercial schemes after training.

- Personal Traits:

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Disciplined with regular follow-ups and strong organisational habits.
