Role Description The Sales Attendant role at Axis Direct in Panipat is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting customers with their investment and trading needs at the branch.

The Sales

Attendant will assist walk-in customers, explain Axis Direct products and services, help with account opening and documentation, and guide customers on using digital platforms for trading and investments. The role includes handling basic customer queries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

follow up with prospective customers, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in line with company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse clients.

- Basic understanding of financial products such as equity, mutual funds, and other investment instruments, or willingness to learn.

- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident verbal and written abilities.

- Comfort with using computers, mobile apps, and digital platforms for data entry, customer onboarding, and transaction support.

- Attention to detail, reliability, and a structured approach to documentation, record keeping, and compliance procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced branch setting, manage multiple customer interactions, and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an advantage.

- Prior experience in retail banking, broking, or financial sales is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.
