We are hiring Sales Associates to own and close inbound leads across international and domestic markets.

What you will do:

- Call inbound leads within minutes of form submission
- Understand customer needs, answer questions and handle objections
- Follow up via WhatsApp/email until the deal is closed
- Maintain full ownership of every opportunity until it is won or definitively lost

We are looking for someone who is:

- Relentless about following up and closing
- Extremely hungry and target-driven
- Persuasive and confident
- Excellent in spoken English
- Comfortable talking to business owners

Compensation:





- ₹20,000–₹25,000 fixed per month
- ₹1,000 per standard customer closed
- Up to ₹5,000 per higher-value customer closed
- No cap on incentives — strong performers earn ₹80,000–₹1,00,000+ per month
