About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to drive aggressive new customer acquisition for HULP.

This is a rigorous, high-activity outbound sales role. You will be responsible for generating business from cold leads and self-sourced prospects — not simply converting warm or inbound enquiries.

You will be expected to build your own prospect base, make consistent outbound calls, identify opportunities, create interest from scratch, handle objections, follow up persistently and close.

There will be no dependence on a pool of hot or ready-to-buy leads. The ability to take a cold prospect from “I don't know HULP” to “I'm interested” to “I'm a customer” is central to the role.

This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys sales — someone who is comfortable with high-volume prospecting, rejection, follow-ups, negotiation and asking for the business. If you need customers to already be interested before you start selling, this is not the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive rigorous outbound sales and new customer acquisition through cold calling, direct prospecting, referrals and other outbound channels.
- Build your own pipeline of cold and self-generated leads rather than depending on warm or inbound enquiries.
- Make consistent, high-volume outbound calls and initiate conversations with prospective customers.
- Identify potential customers through research and proactive prospecting.
- Introduce HULP to prospects who may have no prior awareness or intent to purchase.
- Create interest and establish the value of HULP through a robust, personalised sales conversation.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs and identify genuine opportunities.
- Handle objections,



pushback and rejection confidently.
- Follow up persistently and professionally until the prospect converts or the opportunity is closed.
- Take ownership of the complete sales journey — cold prospecting → first conversation → qualification → follow-up → negotiation → closure.
- Consistently work towards and achieve customer acquisition and sales targets.
- Keep the prospect pipeline active by continuously generating new leads and new conversations.
- Develop a strong understanding of what makes prospects convert and continuously sharpen your approach.
- Own your numbers, your pipeline and ultimately your closures.

Who Are We Looking For?

- 2–5 years of experience in hardcore sales, outbound sales, B2C sales, direct sales, inside sales or business development.
- Proven experience in cold calling and cold-lead conversion.
- Experience where generating your own leads and business was a core part of the job.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and starting conversations from scratch.
- Someone who has worked with cold, unqualified or self-generated leads, rather than exclusively handling inbound/warm leads.
- Strong ability to persuade, negotiate and close.
- Comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to pursue the next opportunity.
- Strong follow-up discipline and an instinct for moving a prospect towards a decision.
- Target-driven, commercially sharp and motivated by achieving sales.
- Confident communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with complete strangers.
- Hunter mindset — you look for opportunities instead of waiting for them to arrive.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from B2C sales, consumer sales, real estate, financial services, hospitality, premium/luxury sales, memberships, lifestyle services, telecom, automotive or other high-volume outbound sales environments would be relevant.
