Role Description The Sales Associate role at Uni Seoul is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that align with Uni Seoul’s aesthetic and functional values.

The Sales

Associate will manage point-of-sale transactions, handle cash and digital payments accurately, and maintain stock displays and visual merchandising standards. Daily responsibilities also include replenishing inventory on the sales floor, keeping the store clean and organized,



and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The role requires collaborating with store leadership to meet sales targets, collecting customer feedback, and helping deliver a consistent, delightful shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, understand needs, and close sales.
- Point-of-sale operation and cash handling skills, with attention to accuracy in billing and transactions.
- Visual merchandising and store presentation skills to maintain appealing product displays aligned with brand guidelines.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, teammates, and store leadership.
- Basic inventory management skills, including stock checking, replenishment, and reporting low-stock items.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and perform light physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, sales, or customer care is an advantage.
