Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and customers in the region
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and forecasts
- Maintain customer database and CRM records
- Process orders and coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination
- Valuable communication in English and the local language
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email
