Looking for Sals and Operations Executive with strong sales acumen and client engagement skills. Candidate should be a self-starter, go-getter, versatile and target achiever.

Responsibilities

- Build the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing , field visits, networking and other lead generation activities
- Spot sales opportunities and actively pursue them
- Manage incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
- Maintain and updating the lead generation database
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business

Requirements

- Prior experience in Business Development
- Very good interpersonal, research and data management
- Confident and excellent verbal communication
- Ability to adapt communication style according to customer needs
- Mental Health/ Senior Care/ Healthcare background is preferred

Experience

Minimum – 2 to 3 years
