Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting brand visibility across target markets. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying sales leads, managing customer relationships, and coordinating sales activities with internal stakeholders.

The role involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, preparing presentations and product collateral, and supporting digital and offline campaigns. The specialist will track sales performance, analyze market trends,



and provide regular reports and insights to management. This position also contributes to customer training and product demonstrations to ensure effective product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, close deals, and support sales planning and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product orientations, customer training sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing.
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing within manufacturing, automotive, or technology sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing practices is an advantage.
