Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Pune. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting the company’s dehydrated products, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. The representative will conduct product presentations, support customer inquiries, and provide after-sales service to ensure high satisfaction.

Daily tasks include planning and executing sales visits, collecting market feedback, assisting in marketing campaigns,



and preparing regular sales reports for management. The role also includes coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and aligning sales activities with overall business strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive revenue growth and support promotional initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers, distributors, and internal teams on product features and benefits.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of the food or agri-processing sector, particularly dehydrated products, or be willing to learn.
- Candidates should demonstrate ability to work in office in Pune, manage field visits, and handle targets and deadlines.
- Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
