Sales Executive – Interior Projects

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to generate and convert interior project leads, handle customer interactions, and coordinate with the design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current business through offline visits to builders, apartments, villas, homeowners, contractors, and referral partners
- Handle leads from social media, calls, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements
- Explain interior packages, materials, pricing, and prepare quotations
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed projects
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and execution partners for smooth project handover
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support post-sales customer coordination

Requirements:

- Experience in interior sales, real estate, construction, or a related field preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills




- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and business development
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
