Role Overview We are looking for a sales skilled with experience in Railway Sales to drive business growth and manage strategic customer rela onships. The candidate should be comfortable with technical sales, online tendering, regular customer follow-ups and coordina on with mul ple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage sales opportunities with Indian Railways, Railway Zones, Divisions, PSUs and related organizations.

- Identify and track relevant Railway tenders and opportunities on GeM and IREPS portals.
- Prepare and coordinate online tender submissions and techno-commercial documentation.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with Railway officials regarding tenders, orders, project execution and completion.
- Coordinate with internal engineering/site teams to ensure timely project execution and completion.




- Coordinate with Railway officials for inspection, documentation, completion certificates and other project closure requirements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team and Railway officials for invoice submission and release of pending payments.
- Follow up regularly for payment realization and closure of receivables.
- Maintain proper records of sales opportunities, tenders, orders, project status and payment follow-ups.
- Travel to Railway sites, offices and customer locations as required.
- Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly business targets, including genera ng new Railway orders of the value assigned by the management, along with mely project comple on and payment realiza on.
