Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive business growth by engaging with schools, students, parents, franchise partners, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Mechatron Robotics programs, generating leads, supporting franchise development, and building robust relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development & Relationship Management

- Communicate with existing and prospective franchise partners.
- Explain franchise business opportunities, investment models, and support systems.
- Conduct franchise presentations and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and support their business growth.
- Track franchise inquiries and conversion activities.

Student Counseling & Admissions

- Interact with students and parents regarding Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions and course presentations.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and training enrollments.
- Maintain inquiry and enrollment databases.
- Follow up with interested students and parents.

School & College Outreach

- Schedule and conduct school visits.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Academic Coordinators, and School Management.
- Present STEM Lab, Robotics Lab, and Innovation Lab solutions.
- Generate opportunities for workshops, training programs, and annual partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with educational institutions.

Sales & Business Development

- Generate leads through field visits, events, referrals, and digital channels.




- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities in schools and educational markets.

Marketing Activities

- Coordinate seminars, workshops, demo sessions, and exhibitions.
- Promote company offerings through social media and local marketing campaigns.
- Participate in educational fairs, STEM events, and robotics competitions.
- Support branding and lead generation initiatives.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with schools, franchisees, and parents.
- Confidence in conducting meetings and presentations.
- Knowledge of Robotics, STEM, Coding, or Educational Products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Qualification

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Educational Sales, Franchise Sales, or Student Counseling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for education may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Student admissions and enrollments.
- Number of school visits conducted.
- New school partnerships acquired.
- Franchise inquiries generated and converted.
- Workshop and event participation.
- Monthly revenue and sales targets achieved.
