Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, online channels, and field activities.
- Identify and connect with potential customers and vendors.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Explain services to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Visit potential customers and businesses as required.
- Support customer and vendor onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Assist the team with sales and marketing activities.
