Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is an internship position with a hybrid work arrangement based in Kochi, allowing some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the intern will support outreach to sports academies, assist with lead generation, and help present platform features to potential customers. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, responding to inquiries, supporting basic customer onboarding, and collecting feedback on user experience.

The intern will also assist in creating and updating sales materials,



coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, and participating in training sessions to understand the product and market landscape. This position offers exposure to sports-tech sales, grassroots sports operations, and collaborative work in a growing startup environment.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with academies, players, and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in Sales Management to support lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and account coordination.
- Ability to assist with Training activities, such as explaining platform features and guiding users through onboarding.
- Interest in sports and basic understanding of grassroots or academy-level sports environments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kochi, manage time independently, and collaborate within a small, fast-paced team.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM or spreadsheets, and willingness to learn new software platforms.
