Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager - uPVC Windows & Doors*

Experience: 5-6 Years (Must be from uPVC / Aluminium / Building Material Industry)

*Location: Gr Noida

1. Sales & Business Development:

⁠ ⁠uPVC profile / windows & doors ke liye new dealers, distributors aur channel partners banana. ⁠ ⁠Builder, Architect, Contractor network se direct project sales lana.

⁠ ⁠Monthly & quarterly sales target achieve karna.

⁠ ⁠Market me competitor activity aur pricing ka analysis karna.

1. Marketing:

⁠ ⁠Marketing strategy banana aur execution karwana (Exhibition, Architect meet, Digital leads). ⁠ ⁠Company branding aur lead generation ke liye plan banana.

⁠ ⁠Quotation, presentation aur negotiation client ke sath handle karna.

1. Team Management:

⁠ ⁠Sales team ko lead karna, training dena aur performance track karna. ⁠ ⁠Sales report, collection report Head Office ko dena.

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / Graduate

Salary: Industry standard + Incentives + TA/DA

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
