About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales and marketing Interns to join our real estate sales team. As a Sales and marketing Intern, you will connect with potential customers, pitch residential projects, generate interest, and convert leads into site visits.

You will work on projects that we represent as a mandate firm, giving you hands-on exposure to real estate sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential customers from the provided lead database.
- Pitch and promote residential apartment projects to prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, location, and other relevant information.
- Generate interest and identify customers who are interested in visiting the project.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convince interested prospects to schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



calls, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and site-visit targets.
- Regularly follow up with leads to move them through the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

- Freshers and students interested in Real Estate Sales / Pre-Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Positive follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about real estate projects and sales.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
