Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of sales and marketing activities for corrugated packaging solutions. This full time, in office role is based in Wadegavhan near Shirur City and involves assisting with lead generation, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining customer databases. The intern will help coordinate communication with existing and prospective clients, collect and analyze market data, and support promotional campaigns and customer outreach.

Day-to-day tasks may include responding to customer inquiries,



collaborating with the production team to align customer requirements, preparing reports, and participating in training sessions to understand products and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead follow-up, account coordination, and basic pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and apply guidance from supervisors.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in industrial or B2B marketing is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with data and reports is compulsory.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Pune on a full-time schedule are required.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
