Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting SilverCare_Eldercare’s services, building strong relationships with families, referral partners, and healthcare professionals, and driving brand awareness in the local community. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach and presentations, managing leads and inquiries, and supporting prospective clients through the decision-making process. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and offline promotional activities, and tracking performance metrics to improve outreach strategies.





The Executive will collaborate closely with care teams to understand service offerings and communicate them clearly and ethically to potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and meet defined targets in a service-oriented environment.
- Skills in marketing planning, campaign execution, and promotional activities, including events and community outreach.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and online lead generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with families, seniors, and professional partners.
- Customer relationship management skills, including empathy, active listening, and a focus on service quality and trust-building.
- Ability to analyze market trends, gather feedback, and prepare concise reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare, eldercare, or service-based sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Chandigarh and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of integrity and sensitivity when working with seniors and their families.
