Candidate Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in PPC Travel Process
- Experience handling Cruise bookings/calls
- Hands-on experience with Booking.com
- Hands-on experience with Expedia
- Experience handling Airline-related calls and bookings
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong knowledge of travel processes, bookings, and customer queries
- Candidates with relevant travel-process experience will be prioritized
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who have directly worked in a PPC travel workplace and have handled Cruise, Booking.com, Expedia, and Airline processes will be given preference.
