Location: Nemom, Trivandrum

We are looking for experienced and responsible candidates to join our Nemom outlet for the positions of Sales Staff and Incharge.

1. Sales Staff

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Gents preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any retail industry
- Assist customers and understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable products and help customers with selections
- Handle sales, billing and customer enquiries
- Maintain product presentation and store standards
- Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets

1. Incharge

- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any retail industry
- Manage daily outlet operations
- Lead and coordinate the sales team




- Monitor sales performance and customer service
- Handle store requirements, stock coordination and daily reporting
- Ensure store discipline, cleanliness and operational standards
- Resolve customer and staff-related issues when required

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Ability to work in a team
- Sales-oriented and target-focused
- Candidates who can work in a quick-paced retail environment are preferred
