We are a USA-based used auto parts company specializing in quality used engines and transmissions. We are looking for a motivated Auto Parts Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with customers, comfortable making outbound calls, and able to understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls, inquiries, and leads.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements for engines, transmissions, and other auto parts.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, warranty, and shipping details.
- Follow up with customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers.
- Negotiate pricing when appropriate and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with vendors, shipping teams, and management to process orders.
- Follow up on pending quotes and leads.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.





Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, auto parts, freight/logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident and skilled telephone manner.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to make a high volume of calls and follow up consistently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
