Position: Sales Advisor

Position Details

- Gender: Male / Female
- Education: Graduate
- Age: 20–30 Years
- Experience: 0–5 years in the retail industry, preferably from Apparels, Hospitality, Jewelry, or Cosmetics
- Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi

Key Responsibilities

- Possess a charismatic and pleasing personality and assist customers with their buying choices.
- Apply academic and styling knowledge to assist customers.
- Understand customer needs, tastes, and preferences and guide them accordingly.
- Assist customers in decision-making and successfully convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Pleasantly greet walk-in customers and assist them at the respective counter.
- Demonstrate robust customer-handling skills and convert opportunities into sales.




- Build strong customer relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints and grievances effectively.
- Provide effective pre-sale and post-sale assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.

Other Requirements
- Trustworthy, with impeccable integrity and sound work ethics.
- Dynamic personality with excellent communication and people skills.
- Should have good references.
- Should be able to travel to the work location within 30 minutes.
