We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with solid Agentforce expertise to design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered agents on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating, configuring, tuning, and maintaining Agentforce agents, integrating them with Salesforce data and business processes, and driving adoption across business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Agentforce agents using Agent Builder.
- Configure agent topics, actions, instructions, prompts, guardrails, and grounding sources.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce objects, Flows, Apex, Data Cloud, and external systems.
- Optimize agent performance, accuracy, and user experience through continuous tuning and monitoring.
- Develop and support Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Agentforce capabilities.
- Troubleshoot agent behavior, data issues, and production incidents.




- Participate in testing, deployments, documentation, and governance activities.
- Stay current with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and related platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce Agentforce implementation experience.
- Experience creating, configuring, and maintaining Agentforce agents.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning, and security model.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI guardrails, and knowledge grounding concepts.
- Experience building using Agentforce Vibes
- Experience with Agentforce Coworker
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform Developer certification preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
