Safety Officer Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Safety / EHS About the Role looking for a responsible and proactive Safety Officer to ensure a protected and compliant working environment at our project/site in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh . The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety standards, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees and workers.

Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor company Health, Safety &

- Environment (HSE/EHS) policies at the site. Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices. Ensure compliance with applicable safety rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Conduct Toolbox

Talks, Safety Induction, and Safety Training for employees, workers, and contractors. Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure proper compliance. Prepare and maintain safety reports, inspection checklists, incident reports, and safety records.

Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions. Conduct regular emergency preparedness and safety drills.



Coordinate with project/site teams and contractors to maintain safe working practices.

Monitor work-at-height, electrical, lifting, excavation, hot work, and other high-risk activities. Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems wherever applicable. Promote safety awareness and continuously improve site safety practices.

Required Qualifications B.Tech / B.E. in Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field . Relevant certification in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health &

- Safety will be preferred. 2–5 years of relevant experience in site/project safety, preferably in Solar, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, or Power sectors. Good knowledge of safety procedures, PPE, risk assessment, and incident reporting. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently at project/site locations.
