Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety &

- Security Team Leader based at Six Senses Vana in Dehradun. The Safety &
- Security Team Leader oversees the daily security operations across the retreat, ensuring the safety of guests, team members, property, and information assets.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring security staff, coordinating incident response, monitoring physical and digital security systems, and implementing policies that support a secure and calm environment. The role involves conducting risk assessments, supervising access control and surveillance, liaising with external agencies when required,



and ensuring compliance with relevant safety guidelines and standards. The Safety &
- Security Team Leader collaborates with other departments to integrate security awareness into overall operations while supporting the retreat’s mission of wellbeing and service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid cybersecurity and information security skills, including Cybersecurity and Information Security.
- Candidates should possess robust network and application protection skills, including Network Security and Application Security.
- Candidates should possess proven leadership abilities, including Team Leadership and supervision of multi-disciplinary safety or security teams.
- Relevant experience in security operations within hospitality, wellness, or similar guest-focused environments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, incident management, emergency response procedures, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
- Experience working with security technologies and tools, and familiarity with best practices for safeguarding people, property, and information.
- A relevant diploma or degree in security management, information security, criminology, or a related field is an advantage.
