Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and update safety policies, procedures, and training programs for the organization.
- Provide safety training to employees on fire safety, industrial safety, and other relevant topics.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of fire safety, industrial safety, and safety engineering principles.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
