Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards in the workplace.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees on fire prevention, emergency procedures, and response plans.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures related to industrial safety.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in fire safety or a related field (industrialization).
- Solid knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for providing training sessions to diverse audiences.
