Duties and responsibilities

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures specific to real estate construction activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for site workers, subcontractors, and staff to promote safety awareness.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear in office.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to resolve safety issues and improve workplace safety.
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and occupational safety regulations.
- Facilitate emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and first aid arrangements.




- Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits.
- Work as assigned by management from time to time

Working experience

- Diploma or degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), ADIS or NEBOSH certification preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction site hazards.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong observation and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety management software

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
