- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) in compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training on industrial safety, fire safety, and emergency response procedures to employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication of safety policies, procedures, and expectations throughout the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, investigations, reporting incidents.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- 2-7 years of experience in industrial safety or related field.
- Solid understanding of SMS principles, regulations, and best practices.
