– RTA Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Position: RTA Executive

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Budget : 8 LPA

Shift : 24/7 Rotational shift

Week Off : 2 Rotational Week off

Location : Pune - Kharadi

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Real-Time Adherence (RTA) for inbound and outbound operations.
- Track agent attendance, login/logout, breaks, AUX states, and schedule adherence in real time.
- Monitor call volumes, service levels, AHT, occupancy, and other WFM metrics.
- Coordinate with Operations and WFM teams to manage real-time staffing requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound campaign monitoring and identify deviations from planned staffing.
- Work with dialer systems to monitor campaign performance, agent availability, and call activity.
- Provide real-time updates and alerts regarding staffing gaps, adherence issues, and operational performance.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports related to attendance, adherence, productivity,



and call performance.
- Support intraday workforce adjustments to maintain operational SLAs.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in RTA / Real-Time Workforce Management.
- Experience with Inbound & Outbound processes.
- Robust understanding of WFM concepts and metrics.
- Experience working with Dialer systems.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO/contact-center environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
