We are looking for an experienced RPA technical lead with 6–9 years of hands-on RPA development and implementation experience. The role will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the RPA development team, defining technical architecture, translating requirements into technical designs, guiding development and ensuring successful implementation of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA developers.
- Remain hands-on with RPA development, implementation and troubleshooting.
- Define technical architecture and technical design for automation projects.
- Analyse requirements and translate them into practical technical specifications.
- Review code, implementation approaches, and development standards.
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Guide the team on complex technical challenges, debugging, and performance optimisation.
- Support testing, deployment, production implementation, and technical issue resolution.

Required Skills

- 7–9 years of RPA development and implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.




- Robust knowledge of RPA architecture, development frameworks and implementation of best practices.
- Strong Experience with APIs, databases, SQL, JSON/XML, Excel and application integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, exception handling, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with code reviews and quality checks.
- Ability to define developmental frameworks and reusable components and development standards.
- Good communication
- Team-guidance skills.
- Ability to present technical architecture directly with the customer.

Role Focus This is a technical leadership role focused on RPA development, technical architecture, technical design, and implementation. The position is not primarily responsible for business solutioning or pre-sales solution architecture.

Preferred

- Automation Anywhere A360 / UiPath / Power Automate + Power Platform enterprise experience.
- RPA certifications.
- Exposure to IDP, AI/ML or GenAI-based automation.
- Exposure with AI Agent, Agentic AI.
- Strong Python Coding skills
- Deep Understanding Microsoft Copilot.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
